We are continuing to provide customer service via available email at parksandrec@roseville.ca.us between 8:00am-5:00pm on Monday-Friday.

Refunds will be issued for programs missed or canceled. The refund process requires that we access the computer record of each person registered for each program/rental/reservation individually, so it may take us some time.
