Small businesses can apply for loans through American River Bank, First Northern Bank, Five Star Bank, and River City Bank.

Disaster Assistance Loans

The U.S. Small Business Administration is offering low-interest federal disaster loans for working capital to small businesses suffering substantial economic injury as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Paycheck Protection Program

Help keep workers on the payroll. The U.S. Small Business Administration will forgive loans if all employees are kept on the payroll for eight weeks and the money is used for payroll, rent, mortgage interest, or utilities.

The filing deadline has been extended to August 8.

California Infrastructure Economic Development Bank Program

The state is putting $50 million toward a new “microlending” program through the California Infrastructure Economic Development Bank, or the IBank. The program is aimed at businesses that might not be eligible for Small Business Administration loans or the U.S. Treasury Department's new Paycheck Protection Program and those who might otherwise fall through the cracks.

City provides $1 million in zero-interest loans to 111 Roseville small businesses

The City of Roseville has selected 111 local businesses to receive zero-interest secured loans from its $1 million Roseville Small Business Stabilization Program. Loans will help small businesses with the economic impacts of COVID-19 and save 1,092 jobs.
