General facility information

Where is the PVSC located?▾
2600 Westbrook Blvd, Roseville, CA 95747.
What are the facility hours?▾
Fields are open by reservation only from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Games may begin no earlier than 8:00 a.m. and must conclude by 10:00 p.m., unless otherwise approved by the City.
The Power Playground is open daily from sunrise to one hour after sunset.
How many fields are available?▾
PVSC includes:
  • 10 full-size (11v11) fields (70 x 120 yards)
  • 20 mid-size (9v9) fields (50 x 78 yards)
  • 20 small-size (7v7) fields (45 x 65 yards)
Is drop-in or free play allowed on the fields?▾
No. PVSC is a fee-based facility and is not open for drop-in or unscheduled use.
What parking is available and is there a cost?▾
PVSC has approximately 950 parking spaces, including accessible stalls and electric vehicle charging stations. There is no general parking fee. Tournament organizers may be charged parking fees as part of their rental agreement.
What accommodations are available for guests with disabilities?▾
PVSC was designed with inclusive access in mind. The complex features accessible parking, restrooms, pathways and seating throughout. The Power Playground offers inclusive play elements, accessible surfacing and sensory-friendly equipment for children of all abilities.
Are restrooms available on-site?▾
Yes. Restrooms are located in each of the plazas and near the Power Playground.
Is Wi-Fi available?▾
Yes. Public Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex.

Rules and regulations

Are pets allowed?▾
No. Only certified service animals are permitted at PVSC.
What items are prohibited at the complex?▾
The following are not allowed:
  • Smoking, vaping, drugs or alcohol
  • Glass containers, shelled nuts, gum
  • Rollerblades, skateboards, bicycles, scooters or drones
  • Barbecues and overnight parking or camping
  • Unauthorized signage, tents or advertising
What is the PVSC Code of Conduct?▾
All participants and spectators must comply with the PVSC Code of Conduct. Violations may result in removal or loss of field privileges. Details are available at roseville.ca.us/soccercomplexrentals.

Weather policy

What happens during bad weather?▾
PVSC is an all-weather facility. However, play may be suspended in cases of lightning, poor air quality or other unsafe conditions as determined by City staff.

Food, beverages and nearby amenities

Are food and beverages allowed or available for purchase?▾
Yes. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.
City-operated concessions will be available during most events.
Approved food trucks or vendors may operate in designated areas with proper permits and fees.
Event organizers are responsible for coordinating their own vendors.
