Launched as a pilot three years ago, Roseville’s neighborhood clean-up events have grown into a community-driven success. This spring, Environmental Utilities and the
Roseville Coalition of Neighborhood Associations (RCONA) wrapped up another strong season, giving residents a free, convenient way to clear out bulky items and keep neighborhoods clean and inviting.
These events make it easy to part with items that often sit forgotten in garages or side yards, and they play a significant role in reducing illegal dumping throughout the city.

Record gains in participation over last year

“These events showcase what’s possible when neighbors and the city work together,” said Brian Jones, Waste Services Superintendent. “It’s not just about waste removal. It’s about community pride and keeping our neighborhoods clean and inviting.”
