About the Project
Improvements are
scheduled to begin September 11 on the Commuter bus stop at the Taylor Road & I-80 Park & Ride lot.
The upgrades are expected to be completed by early October. They include:
> Expansion of the bus stop to allow more space for buses.
> ADA improvements like new curb ramps, walkways, upgraded accessible parking spaces.
> Preparation for future data and electrical connections.
A second phase of bus stop improvements is planned and will include a new bus shelter.
Temporary Commuter bus stop location
While construction is underway, Commuter passengers will be picked up and dropped off at the bus stop located on Taylor Road, adjacent to the parking lot driveway.
Commuter route schedules will remain the same during construction.
