The City of Roseville has developed a proposed overall Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal of 0.02% for Federal Fiscal Year 2021/2023, applicable to Federal Transit Administration (FTA)-assisted contracts during the period of October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2023.

The City’s proposed DBE Goal and its rationale, developed in response to U.S. Department of Transportation (US DOT)’s DBE Program Regulations published under Title 49 CFR Part 26 and U.S. DOT policy race neutral directives, is available for a 45-day public review and comment period through November 17, 2020. The City’s DBE Goal Methodology is available for review.

The City will accept written comments received through 5 p.m. on November 17, 2020.  Written comments shall be submitted to the City of Roseville or to the Regional Civil Rights Office:

A Public Hearing will be held before the Transportation Commission of the City of Roseville for the purpose of considering establishment of the proposed DBE Goal applicable to Federal Transit Administration (FTA)-assisted contracts for FFY 2021/2023.
