They met in a fitting room, and both divided the property and walked out of the business without paying. During the search of suspect vehicle, drugs and drug paraphernalia were located.
2023-00060156 11/4/23 1:45 PM GRAND THEFT 1197 GALLERIA BLVD On 11/04/2023 between 1345 and 1410 hours, an unknown suspect took victim’s purse from a nearby rack. Victim had hung purse on the rack while trying on clothes. No weapons or injury.

2023-00060007 11/2/23 4:15 PM GRAND THEFT 8640 SIERRA COLLEGE BLVD Victim was shopping at 8640 Sierra College Boulevard. When she went to pay for her groceries, she noticed her wallet and phone were missing. Her wallet contained several credit and debit cards, driver’s license, Kaiser card, and AAA card. A total of 12 charges were subsequently made with the stolen cards.

2023-00060547 11/7/23 12:00 PM BURGLARY AUTO 1159 ROSEVILLE SQ  An unknown suspect entered Victim's unlocked locker at a gym and took her vehicle keys. The suspect then went into her vehicle and took her money, driver's license, 4 credit cards and $60 cash. The suspect attempted to use the credit cards but the transactions were denied. Suspect is still unknown.
2023-00060359 11/6/23 7:35 PM VEHICLE THEFT 1100 BLOCK of CONROY LN Victim left unlocked vehicle running in a parking lot. Unknown male suspect stole victim’s vehicle and fled.
2023-00060251 11/6/23 8:29 AM SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES Enwood Neighborhood Roseville residents in a neighborhood made a report of a suspicious male looking into mailboxes. Officers contacted a subject matching the description who was behaving bizarrely and found him to be on searchable probation. A search was conducted yielding drug paraphernalia for which the subject was cited and released.

2023-00059575 Victim found a puppy for sale on Facebook and tried to purchase it. After paying $1,450.00 Victim was asked for an additional $950. At that time Victim realized she was likely being defrauded and refused to send any additional funds to Suspect. When Victim asked for funds to be returned Suspect refused. V1 never received the puppy that she paid S1 for.

2023-00059436 11/1/23 6:30 PM SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES 900 PLEASANT GROVE BLVD Responded to a report of subjects at 900 Pleasant Grove Boulevard shining a laser at guest at Top Golf. Manager at Top Golf advised the laser was shone in multiple people's eyes including his. While speaking to the manager, other responding Officer advised he located two suspects in the general store parking lot. Both admitted to shining the laser at customers at Top Golf, but stated they were just "testing it". Laser was seized in case any additional victims come forward.

2023-00060145 11/4/23 6:00 PM BURGLARY AUTO BEAR CLOUD CT An unknown suspect broke the back window of the victim's vehicle while it was parked in the residential driveway of Bear Cloud Court. The unknown suspect then stole several items out of the back of the vehicle. The total value of the stolen goods is approximately $3160. No weapons or injuries.
2023-00061060 11/10/23 2:00 PM PETTY THEFT Victim reported a package being stolen from his porch. The theft was captured on video, so Victim followed the suspect vehicle while calling 911. The vehicle was located and stopped by law enforcement. The driver was the sole occupant and on searchable probation in Sacramento County. Multiple packages from different Roseville addresses were located inside the vehicle.
