Roseville Aquatics Complex

The Roseville Aquatics Complex will be open with the following modified schedule for adult lap swimming (ages 13+):

Monday-Friday: 6:30am-8:30am
12:00pm-2:00pm

Saturday-Sunday: 1:30pm-3:30pm

  1. Click on the reservation link provided above
  2. This link will take you to a list view of days and times that are available for lap swimming and open exercise. 
  3. At the top of the page you can change the week and use filters to easily find the reservation you are looking for. For example:
    • If you are looking for lap swimming, change the “category filter” to say “Lap Swimming"”
    • If you are looking for a open exercise, change the “category filter” to say “Water Fitness”
  4. Once you have found what you are looking for, click the “sign up” button on the right hand side
  5. For your first sign up, you’ll need to create a login. This tab is located at the top of the pop up box. Once you’ve created your login, click “register”
    • When you return to make another reservation, all you need to do is login
  6. Once you have created a login, confirm the reservation details at the top of the box and click “reserve a spot”
  7. A confirmation email will be sent to the email you entered during your login. DO NOT discard the confirmation email. This is how you will edit/delete a reservation if necessary.
  8. Enjoy your workout! 


Participants will be let into the facility 10 minutes prior to their slot time to be assigned a lane and checked in. Facility doors will be locked to the outside until this time. 

If you need to edit or cancel your reservation, please see the confirmation email from Group Ex Pro which allows you to do so. Please check your junk mail for this confirmation email.


Lap Swim, Water Fitness & Open Aquatic Exercise No Show Policy

Workout reservations may be cancelled over the phone or on the Group Ex Pro sign up page with up to 6 hours prior notice.

Any cancellations under 6 hours or no shows will be subject to the following:

  • 1st no show – A reminder email or phone call about the cancellation and no show policy, including a “warning” about repeated no shows
  • 2nd no show – Removal from next workout reservation time and a reminder email or phone call about the cancellation and no show policy, including a “warning” about repeated no shows
  • 3rd no show – Removal of all reservations, phone call required to make future reservations for the following week.

Lap swimming requirements:

  • Appointment times must be made in advance to reserve a lane and will be for 45 minutes. This allows staff to clean high-touch areas and equipment prior to the next reservation time.
  • Lanes are limited to one person per lane. However, people may share a lane if they are from the same household.
  • Participants must bring their own swimming equipment. There will not be any swimming equipment offered at this facility.
  • No cash transactions will be taken at this facility. If you are going to pay a drop-in fee, please have a credit card ready.
  • Do not arrive or attempt to enter the building prior to your appointment time.
  • Participants must be at least 13 years old
  • Please come prepared to swim and after swimming, shower and change at home. Locker room showers, changing area and water fountains will not be available for use.
  • Face coverings are required when entering/exiting the facility and in common areas, except during times when actively engaged in swimming or workout.
  • Please review our Lap Swim Etiquette prior to coming to your appointment time.

Key prevention practices in place:

  • Staff and members must conduct a self-screening prior to coming to the Roseville Aquatics Complex. If staff or members are sick or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, they must stay home. Symptoms include fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and diarrhea.
  • Members and staff must maintain a physical distance of 6 feet.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the facility for member and staff use.
  • Staff wash their hands on arrival, after touching their face covering, after using the restroom and when leaving work.
  • Staff sanitize their work station before and after each shift.

Mike Shellito Indoor Pool

The Mike Shellito Indoor Pool will be open with the following modified schedule for adult lap swimming (ages 13+):

Monday & Wednesday & Friday:
5:30am-3:30pm & 6:30pm-8:30pm

Tuesday & Thursday:
5:30am-1:30pm & 6:30pm-8:30pm

Saturday: 5:30am-9:30am

Sunday: 10:30am-3:30pm

Per State guidelines, the roof and windows will remain open during all hours of operation

Open Exercise and Water Fitness Etiquette:
Please be considerate of all participants by following these guidelines:

  • Open Exercise and Water Fitness is for ages 13 and older.
  • Participants of all levels are welcome.
  • Workout times are available by reservation.
  • Workout zones and Water Fitness spots are available on a first come, first served basis.
  • Participants must remain in their workout zone/spot for the entirety of their workout.
  • Physical Distancing of at least 6ft is required at all times in the facility and in the pool.
  • Per the CDC, face coverings should not be worn in the pool.
  • During Water Fitness classes, participants are required to follow the directions of the Water Fitness Instructor at all times.
  • The use of training equipment is allowed during Open Exercise (noodles, dumbbells, paddles, etc.) but cannot be shared with other participants.
  • Participants should refrain from conversation with one another during their workout.
  • Participants may need to fully submerge to enter and exit their workout zone.
  • Participants should immediately exit the pool and the facility upon completion of their workout.

Roseville Sports Center

The Roseville Sports Center is closed until further notice effective Tuesday, November 17. The exception is group fitness classes which we will be running outdoors. Please see the group fitness schedule HERE for our class options.

There will be NO group fitness classes on Friday, November 27, 2020.

To make a reservation follow these simple steps:

Please note:  Reservations will be released 73 hours in advance. For example, if you want to book a group fitness class for Thursday at 9:00am, that reservation would be released at 8:00am on Monday. Another example is if you would like to book a class for 6:00pm on a Friday, that reservation would be released at 5:00pm on a Tuesday. Use the chart below to see the earliest day you can make a reservation

The fitness room will be open with the following stipulations:

 

  • Appointment times must be made in advance and will be for 60 minutes. This will allow staff time to clean equipment prior to the next reservation time.
  • Do not arrive or attempt to enter the building prior to your appointment time.
  • There is a capacity of 15 members per appointment time
  • Members are required to wear face coverings at all times when inside the facility. This includes during workouts and group fitness classes.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available immediately upon entering the facility.
  • Sanitizing wipes and/or sanitizing spray and paper towels will be available for members to use before and after using a piece of equipment.
  • Members must bring their own workout towel, workout mat, and water bottle.
  • Showers and water fountains will not be available for use.
  • We do not accept cash transactions, credit card only.
