The 17 acre park was purchased from the Royer family in 1917 and since then the park has been substantially updated. A newer destination-style playground was installed to replace the former school-age structure in 2023. In addition, there is a separate preschool-age playground and numerous sporting amenities. This park also features open grass fields with mature trees, shaded picnic areas and a stage that serves a a concert venue. Royer Park provides trail access to the Roseville Downtown Library, Town Square, historic Vernon Street.

Hours: Park opens at sunrise and closes one hour after sunset

PLAYGROUND and TENNIS COURT CLOSURE: On
Friday, March 15th the large playground and tennis courts will be closed due to tree trimming from 7 am - 2:30 pm.
