Logo for Placer Valley Soccer ComplexLocated in west Roseville, the Placer Valley Soccer Complex (PVSC) is the newest signature park in the City of Roseville’s Parks, Recreation & Libraries (PRL) system. It is a modern, all-weather facility built for competition, community and recreation. The complex features ten lighted synthetic turf fields, versatile spaces for multiple sports and amenities that make every visit comfortable and memorable.

Field rentals

Reservations are available for organizations, leagues and event hosts. There is no drop-in use at this time.

  • Non-tournament rentals

    Submit a completed Non-Tournament rental application to request use of a field(s). A signed Field Rental Agreement is required before approval.

    • Hourly rate: $130 per field, per hour
    • Lights: Included in hourly rate
    • Security deposit: $100 per field (due at approval)

  • Tournament rentals

    Submit a completed Tournament application to request use of a field(s) at least 30 days in advance. Tournament pricing, staffing and service details are provided during intake.

    • Rates: Field fee varies based on a combination of hours per day, day(s) of the week, etc.
    • Security deposit: $100 per field due at reservation, 50% of rental due 90 days prior to start, remaining balance due 30 days prior
    • Lights & parking: Included in rental

  • Insurance requirements

    • General liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate
    • Additional insured endorsement: City of Roseville, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers must be listed
