Placer Valley Soccer Complex

Located at 2600 Westbrook Boulevard in west Roseville, the Placer Valley Soccer Complex (PVSC) is a modern, all-weather facility built for competition, community and recreation. The complex features ten lighted synthetic turf fields, versatile spaces for multiple sports and amenities that make every visit comfortable and memorable.

As part of Roseville’s commitment to active living and inclusive design, PVSC offers more than high-quality fields. The complex includes accessible pathways, shaded plazas, a universally accessible playground and gathering areas with public art that encourage visitors to connect, play and enjoy the outdoors. PVSC also provides ample parking, including electric vehicle charging stations, for the convenience of players and spectators.

Whether you’re hosting a major tournament, joining a local league or cheering from the sidelines, PVSC provides a premier sports experience in the heart of Placer Valley.

Amenities

The Placer Valley Soccer Complex was designed to create an exceptional experience for athletes, families and visitors. Every detail supports comfort, safety and enjoyment before, during and after the game.

Fields

Ten full-size lighted synthetic turf fields that can be reconfigured for multiple sports, including soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, football and quadball.
- Each full-size field can be divided into U7 or U10 fields for youth play
Walkway

A central walkway connects the Roseville Automall North and South Plazas, providing easy access throughout the complex.

The Roseville Automall North and South Plazas serve as key gathering areas, each designed for convenience and activity.
- Restrooms, shaded picnic areas and spaces for staff and officials in both plazas

- The Roseville Automall South Plaza will include mural artwork sponsored by Roseville Environmental Utilities
Power Playground

The Power Playground, sponsored by Roseville Electric Utility, is Roseville’s largest universally accessible playground. It features an inclusive design that allows children of all abilities to play together.

Perimeter Walking and Biking Loop

A looped path runs around the exterior of the complex, providing a safe place for walking, jogging and biking.

Two parking lots, the North Lot and South Lot, provide approximately 950 total spaces.

Public Art

Public art includes a signature sculpture in the Roseville Automall North Plaza and future mural art sponsored by Roseville Environmental Utilities in the Roseville Automall South Plaza.

Wi-Fi service will be available throughout the complex to help teams and families stay connected during events.

Field Rentals

The Placer Valley Soccer Complex (PVSC) is available for reservations by organizations, leagues and event hosts. There is no drop-in use at this time.

A signed Field Rental Agreement is required before approval.
Security deposit: $100 per field, due at agreement approval to hold your reservation.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the rental start date receive a full refund.
30–15 days prior, the City retains 100% of the deposit. Remaining rental fees are refunded.
14 days or less prior, the City retains all fees. No refunds are issued.

Submit a completed Tournament Field Rental Application at least 30 days prior to the event, and email it to [email protected].
Applications may be submitted up to 18 months in advance.
Deposits and fees: $100 per field deposit to reserve dates. 50% of fees due 90 days before the event. Remaining balance due 30 days before the event. Parking fees are finalized one week prior.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 120 days prior to the start date receive a full refund.
120–91 days: City retains 100% of deposit. Remaining fees are refunded.
90–31 days: City retains deposit and 50% of rental fee.
30 days or less: City retains deposit and all fees.

General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
Liquor Liability: required if alcohol is provided, same limits as above.
Additional Insured Endorsement: City of Roseville, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers must be listed on a CG 20 38 04 13 endorsement or equivalent.
Policies must be primary and non-contributory, with a 30-day cancellation notice.
