This dog park includes two separate areas to exercise dogs off-leash, one for large dogs and one for small dogs. Each area a sitting area and benches.
Location: Located Fiddyment Road between Blue Oaks Blvd and Hayden Pkwy within Denio Family Park
Hours: Park opens at sunrise and closes one hour after sunset. Park is closed every Tuesday from 6:00 am - 10:00 am for maintenance
Namesake: This park is named after K-9 Fargo who served the Roseville Police Department from 2002-2011. He was a Czech Shepard, so a little smaller than our normal German Shepherds, but he the made up for his size with a tenacity for finding subjects. At the time of his career, K-9 Fargo received more apprehensions than any other police K-9 in history. He was also cross-trained in narcotics detection and had over 100 drug finds in his 9 year career.
