Requesting Energy Benchmarking Data

To request energy usage of a covered building, please complete the following forms and submit them to [email protected].

You will receive confirmation of your request within 14 days. Once your request is complete you will receive a report with the aggregated energy usage data for your building.  It may take up to six weeks to receive your building energy use data.

Data Request Form – (Required) This form will provide the building information we need to process your data request.

Tenant Authorization Form – (Required in most circumstances) This form is required when the individual requesting the data is not the building owner.

The form must also be completed by each tenant for commercial buildings with less than three tenants and multifamily buildings with less than five tenants - each tenant must authorize the building owner to receive the energy data.

Benchmarking Property Schedule – (Optional) This Excel spreadsheet can be used for multiple buildings and attached to the data request form.
