Project Update
The previously proposed project, formerly known as Roseville Industrial Park (File #PL21-0193), was withdrawn by the developer, Panattoni Development, on September 10, 2024. View archived information.
On October 4, 2024, Panattoni Development submitted a revised application (File # PL24-1010), reflecting a redesign of the project based on public input and economic needs. Panattoni is referring to this as "The Balanced Plan." Visit philliproadsite.com for more information from the developer.
The project is in the early stages of the public input process and review by the City. The submitted exhibits are subject to change during the review process. No action taken by the City, including by the City Council, on the revised application. Watch for more information as the environmental study begins.
