Roseville is implementing State Assembly Bill (AB) 413, to improve safety at intersections. The bill, commonly known as the Daylighting Bill, prevents parking or stopping of vehicles within a certain distance of crosswalks, enhancing visibility and safety for pedestrians and drivers.
