Are you having a free community event in which you'd like to have an officer, representative from a specific unit, or other PD staff member attend?

There are two separate request forms below based on your event needs. Please select the appropriate form accordingly.
 
REQUIRED: Requests must be made a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event. It is your responsibility to ensure you submit a request within the appropriate timeframe; otherwise, we cannot confirm we'll be able to send someone to your event. Thank you.

*This type of police presence should never be seen as event security. To have an officer at your event to provide security, you will need to hire an off-duty officer by filling out the Supplemental Law Enforcement Services form.
The police department will make every effort to fulfill your request; however, due to limited staffing some requests may not be filled.
