Harry Crabb Park - Phase 2

Location:

1000 Scarborough Dr, at the corner of Secret Ravine Pkwy.

Description:
Harry Crabb Park is an 18.8-acres parksite.

Biography:
This park has been named after Harry Crabb, a former Mayor, former member of the Roseville City Council and Planning Commission. Harry has served the residents of Roseville for over 25 years and is a strong supporter of youth sports activities.

Phase 2:
Due to overall budget and bids received, this phase includes two baseball fields, a soccer field, pickleball courts, the splash pad water feature, a group picnic area, full court basketball, tennis courts, restrooms and expansion of the off-street parking lot. 

Timeline:
Target construction completion date: Fall 2020 - weather permitting



Pistachio Regional Park (F-56)

Park site description:
City-wide park adjacent to the future high school.

Central Park - Phase 3

Location:

10200 Fairway Drive

Description:
Central Park is a 20.4-acres parksite.

Phase 3:
The goal of phase 3 is to construct as much of the remaining park amenities as possible.  This potentially includes 2 baseball fields, off-street parking, restrooms, 1 full basketball court, 1 half basketball court.  Additive alternatives include sport lighting and additional on-street parking.

Timeline:
Bid opening is scheduled for September 2019.  Due to restrictions and cost for construction during the rainy season, groundbreaking, pending receipt of competitive bids, is targeted for Spring 2020.

Bev Bos Park

Description: 
This is a 1.5 acre pocket park built by Signature Homes on behalf of the City. 

Timeline:
The park was opened and available for public use on March 28, 2019.  The Park was officially dedicated in May 2019.

Nela Luken Park at the Village Center

Location:
2350 Pleasant Grove Blvd.

Description: 
This is a 3 acre  park built by Sierra Valley Crossing on behalf of the City. 

Timeline:
The park was opened and available for public use on April 18, 2019.  The Park was officially dedicated in June 2019.

Astill Family Park

Location:
1401 Grand Junction Wy.

Description: 
This is approximately a 2 acre park built by JM Slover Construction on behalf of the City.

The park was opened and available for public use on April 18, 2019.  The Park was officially dedicated in June 2019.

Sierra Crossing (W-50A) Parksite


 
Location:
 4251 Brookstone Dr.

Description:
This is 6.5 acre park built by Sierra Valley Construction on behalf of the City of Roseville.

Timeline:
 The park was opened and available for public use on May 2, 2019.  The Park was officially dedicated in June 2019.

Sports Complex

Location:
Blue Oaks Blvd / Phillip Road / Hayden Parkway

Description:
Phase 1 amenities being considered: multiple lighted synthetic long fields, restrooms, storage facilities, children's playground area(s), shaded picnic area(s), and pedestrian pathway through landscaped area. 

Timeline:
The start of construction has not yet been determined. Permitting and CEQA are underway.

Gibson Drive Park Site (NCRSP 56)

Location:
Gibson Drive and Roseville Parkway

Snapshot:
The Master Plan has not yet been developed.

Sun Tree Park

1101 Sunrise Avenue, located within the existing Sunrise Greenbelt near Sun Tree Drive

Description:
This 0.2-acre park will add a small picnic area, swing area and children's play area to the large existing greenbelt.
