Scholarship Program
The Parks, Recreation & Libraries department has created a program for Roseville residents to have the option to participate in programs/camps/classes that otherwise may not be able to, due to economic challenges. 

What is the scholarship program?
Roseville residents can apply for financial assistance, $200 per individual in a household to go toward PRL camps, classes and programs. Income eligibility and Roseville residency are verified.

How to apply
- Complete the scholarship application
- Attach proof of residency (copy of current utility bill, driver's license)
- Attach 1 month most recent proof of household income (copy of
  current pay stub or TANF print out)
- Attach a copy of current 1040 taxes (only dependents listed on 1040
  receive scholarship
- Sign and submit scholarship application, including all supporting
  documents, and bring to 316 Vernon Street, Suite 400, Roseville 95678.

Note: Applications/eligibility is only good for the current calendar year. Applicants must reapply each calendar year. 

Income Eligibility
If the total household income is the same or less than the amounts on the income scale below, the household will be eligible for fee assistance. “Household” means all persons occupying a housing unit. The amount listed below refer to gross income. Household size with 8+, contact (916) 772-PLAY, option 1.
