Help us maintain Roseville’s public safety infrastructure

Floodwalls and levees are important for your safety and help protect Roseville during significant storms.

Over the last 25 years, the City of Roseville and FEMA have made a substantial investment in public safety by completing $33 million in flood mitigation improvements, including nearly two miles of floodwalls and levees. View a map of the floodwall and levee locations.

These facilities were built after a historic flood in January of 1995 when several neighborhoods along Cirby and Linda Creek flooded. These features, along with others like pump stations, help reduce the risk of flooding.

This work has earned Roseville the top flood protection rating in the United States and lowered property owners’ flood insurance rates.
Thanks for your cooperation in maintaining Roseville’s important public safety infrastructure.
