New address. New linens. New account number. If you are already a Roseville resident, and you move within Roseville, you will be given a new utility account number. If you are a current user of our CSS system, you will need to register this new number within your existing online account. Customers that have previously used CSS may be able to view some new account information but will need to register the new account number using the same email address and password as your previous account to have full access to CSS features, including making a payment. 

To get started, visit www.roseville.ca.us/billpay. Instead of logging in, click register. Follow the prompts to register your new account number utilizing the same email address and password for your previous account.
