2019-00068611 11/9/19 6:58 PM Burglary Creekside 1196 Galleria Blvd A suspect entered the Nordstrom's Rach store and grabbed merchandise valued at approximately $1,469 and concealed it in a suitcase. The suspect proceeded past the cash registered without paying and was detained by the Loss Prevention staff. Suspect was arrested.
2019-00068074 11/7/19 12:05 PM Burglary Auto Stoneridge 7500 Sierra College Blvd Victim parked her vehicle at the Miner's Ravine Trail parking lot with the vehicle's door unlocked and the windows cracked. When she returned the passenger's side window had been shattered and her purse stolen. CRIME TIP: Do not leave valuables inside of your car. TAKE your valuables with you. LOCK your car. HIDE the things you cannot take BEFORE you arrive at your destination.

2019-00068354 11/8/19 11:00 AM Burglary Auto Harding 1200 Roseville Pkwy While parked in the Smash Burger parking lot, the victim's car window was smashed and a backpack was stolen. The contents were valued at $400.
2019-00067907 11/6/19 5:50 PM Burglary Auto Galleria 1151 Galleria Blvd Victim's car was parked in front of Pottery Barn. When they returned a passenger side window was broken and personal items had been stolen.
2019-00067885 11/6/19 5:35 PM Burglary Auto Galleria 1131 Galleria Blvd The victim entered Nordstrom's for fifteen minutes and when he returned the rear driver's side window had been smashed. The victim's backpack, laptop, passport and social security card were stolen.
2019-00067354 11/4/19 10:45 AM Burglary Auto Stoneridge 7500 Sierra College Blvd An unknown suspect forced entry into the victim's vehicle, stole personal items, and made an unauthorized purchase on the victim's credit card. The vehicle was parked at the Miner's Ravine trailhead.

2019-00069842 11/14/19 12:45 PM Fraud Stoneridge 1813 Taylor Road An unknown suspect used counterfeit currency to pay for an IPad worth $300. The suspect left the scene before the fraud was detected.
2019-00068175 11/6/19 10:00 AM Vehicle Theft 11 Highway 65 A stolen vehicle drove through a license plate reader in Roseville. Officers located the stolen vehicle driving on Interstate 80 and stopped the vehicle in Sacramento County. Two occupants in the vehicle were arrested for being in possession of the stolen vehicle, as well as other theft and drug-related charges. The two occupants were transported to the South Placer Jail where they were booked into custody.

The fires were extinguished quickly by Roseville Fire and the suspect was arrested close by while watching the fire personnel perform their duty. The fires stopped after PD arrested the suspect.

2019-00069035 11/5/19 12:00 AM Fraud Solaire 1200 Block of Pleasant Grove Blvd The victim was participating in a vehicle auction on eBay. He retrieved notification from the seller that he had won the auction for the vehicle for $18,500. The victim received a confirmation email from what appeared to be “eBay” and then followed the directions to wire transfer the $18,500 to an individual in Illinois. The victim and the “seller” exchanged text messages regarding the shipment of the vehicle. When the vehicle failed to arrive on the scheduled date the victim realized this was probably a fraudulent purchase/scam. CRIME TIP: Scammers often pretend to be someone you trust, like a government official, a family member, a charity, or a company you do business with. Don't send money or give out personal information in response to an unexpected request - whether it comes as a text, a phone call, or an email.
2019-00067646 11/4/19 12:01 AM Identity Theft Kaseberg-Kingswood 1400 Block of Kingswood Drive An unknown suspect intercepted a government credit card intended for the victim and made purchases in the Stockton area.
2019-00067305 11/4/19 7:30 AM Robbery Sierra Vista 1 Tiger Way The suspects walked onto Roseville High School campus and approached a student. They pushed the student against the wall and began going through his pockets. They eventually threw the student to the ground and began punching and kicking him. The suspects took the students shoes as well as his head phones and then walked away. The student was not injured from this incident and the suspects were arrest and booked.

2019-00068129 11/7/19 9:49 AM Fraud Westpark 6000 Block of Duet Way Unknown suspect contacted victim pretending to be from a law enforcement agency. Suspect instructed victim to withdraw approximately $11,000 from her bank and send it via Bitcoin. Victim also charged $1,000 on her credit card. CRIME TIP: Talk to someone. Before you give up your money or personal information, talk to someone you trust. Con artists want you to make decisions in a hurry. They might even threaten you.
