Beat the Heat Bootcamp • Saturday, June 21 at 8:30am-9:15am

Rise and shine to beat the heat! Add some body weight exercises to your workout routine and learn how to use the outdoor fitness court at Maidu Regional Park . Come in athletic style clothing and bring plenty of water.  All participants will earn one pink Be Active wristband! Earn all three colored wristbands to redeem a Be Well T-shirt! Ages 14 + 

Eat Healthy at Costco • Wednesday, July 30 at 7:00pm


A certified nutrition coach for a tour of the Costco in Roseville. Learn pro tips and tricks for healthy shopping and meal planning. Bulk shopping can reduce your waistline and your expenses. 
All participants will earn one green Eat Healthy wristband! Earn all three colored wristbands to redeem a Be Well T-shirt! Ages 14 +

Twilight Yoga • Friday, August 22 at 8pm



Gaze at the stars and feel renewed with this full body stretch and yoga class. Bring a yoga mat and layered clothes in case it gets chilly. Location: Diamond Oaks Park
