A dose of assistance: Drug take-back day is April 22

Save those unused and expired medications for National Prescription Drug Take Back Day, happening April 22 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at two Roseville locations. Bring unwanted medications (vaping devices included) to the sites listed below.

To protect your identity and privacy, we recommend scratching out any identifying information before disposing of containers.

Together we can help prevent and reduce any medication misuse and help safeguard our waterways.

Things to remember

Acceptable items to drop off:

  • prescriptions

  • non-prescriptions (over-the-counter)

  • veterinary medications

  • vaping devices (remove batteries)

 

Do not bring:

  • sharps or lancets

  • medical waste

  • illicit substances including marijuana
