Caltrans plans to make transit improvements, including replacing the bus shelter, at the Taylor Road & I-80 Park & Ride lot.
The current bus shelter has reached the end of its life. Demolition and removal is scheduled for the week of November 5. The City of Roseville is installing two temporary shelters until the permanent bus stop improvements are done by Caltrans in 2020.
During demolition, some parking spaces adjacent to the loading platform will be temporarily closed. No bus routes will be affected.
A larger covered passenger waiting area, longer platform, and ADA accessibility improvements are planned.
The Taylor Road & I-80 Park & Ride facility is owned and maintained by Caltrans.
