2021-00057268 10/9/21 10:00 PM Fraud Stoneridge 1951 Taylor Road A male claiming to be the owner of the hotel, called the front desk requesting money from the hotel. The employee working the front counter believed the male to be the owner of the hotel. The cashier deposited $110 at a bitcoin ATM and proceeded to break three door locks in attempt to locate $500 more for the false owner. The employee caused the damage, but it was done in good faith. Total loss is $1,310 including damages to doors and locks.

2021-00056182 10/5/21 8:38 AM Vehicle Theft Meadow Oaks Cirby Way & Sunrise Ave A male suspect burglarized vehicles at the Thunder Valley casino and stole one of them. He caused a traffic collision in Roseville in the stolen vehicle. Officers responded to the accident and determined that he'd been driving under the influence of drugs. He was taken to the hospital for medical clearance where he bribed Officers to release him from custody. He was arrested for vehicle theft, driving under the influence of drugs and for bribing officers. He was taken to jail where he was booked into custody.
