2021-00037583 7/5/21 6:30 AM Fraud 1500 Block of Secret Ravine Pkwy Victim received an email from what she believed to be her boss asking her to send her personal phone number via email, for an urgent task. Victim provided her phone number and was asked to purchase $2,300 worth of Google Play gift cards for an important client. She purchased $1,500 worth for two of the gift cards using her company’s Master Card and $800 of her own for an additional gift card. Total loss $2,300.

2021-00039311 7/13/21 11:59 PM Grand theft 1500 Block of Rose Glen Drive Victim reported that she provided her Apple ID account number, bank information and password to an individual she met via Snap Chat, who told her he was an investor. Victim stated the suspect(s) withdrew all her money from her saving and checking accounts. Estimated loss: $1,200.

2021-00039660 7/16/21 1:15 AM Robbery 1139 Douglas Blvd Suspect entered the gas station convenience store to purchase cigarettes. The clerk denied the sale due to an age discrepancy. The suspect left the store and returned with two other males who then punched the clerk in the face and shoved him into the counter. The suspects took three boxes of cigars and fled the scene in a vehicle.
