While stopped at the red light, and unknown suspect exited a vehicle in front of the victim's vehicle, approached her vehicle, used a window punch to her passenger side door and shattered the window. Thesuspect reached inside the victims vehicle and grabbed her purse off the front passenger seat. The victim was able to grab her purse and the suspect got back in the passenger seat of a black BMW which fled the scene. |
