2023-00800099 2/9/23 2:00 PM Identity Theft 1251 Galleria Blvd Victim's wallet was stolen and several fraudulent charges were made using her credit cards.

2023-00006720 2/8/23 1:10 AM Burglary 9213 Sierra College Blvd Three suspects broke the driver side door window in an effort to gain access to the vehicle. The burglary was interrupted by the victim and witnesses. Officers were able to apprehend one of the three suspects.

2023-00007439 2/11/23 2:42 PM Vehicle Theft Douglas Blvd A license plate reader identified a stolen vehicle that had entered Roseville. Officers located the vehicle as it accessed the freeway. They apprehended the driver in Newcastle and recovered the vehicle.

2023-00007547 2/12/23 4:22 AM Vehicle Theft Cirby Way & Vernon St A stolen vehicle was located in Roseville. All occupants of the vehicle were detained without incident. A records check revealed all the occupants had warrants. The driver was found to be in possession of a stolen vehicle. Both passengers were found to be in possession of a controlled substance and the front passenger had identification cards that did not belong to him. All of the suspects were placed under arrest.

They were stopped in their vehicle after fleeing the scene. A search of the suspect vehicle yielded the stolen merchandise and drug paraphernalia. Additionally, a search of one suspect's backpack yielded evidence of methamphetamine sales. Both suspects were arrested.

2023-00800094 2/8/23 11:10 AM Fraud 700 Block of Gibson Dr The victim was involved in an Instagram scam. He was told that if he invested $300, they would turn it into $3,000. After sending the $300 in Bitcoin, the scammers asked for more money. CRIME TIP: Talk to someone. Before you give up your money or personal information, talk to someone you trust. Con artists want you to make decisions in a hurry. They might even threaten you. Slow down, check out the story, do an online search, consult an expert - or just tell a friend. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
