They exited the store without paying and were followed by store security. Suspects were located hiding by officers and in possession of the stolen items. Suspects were booked in juvenile hall.

2019-00074693 12/6/19 4:18 PM Burglary Lead Hill 1915 Douglas Blvd A known suspect and two unknown suspects entered Raley's, pried open a locked liquor storage closet, and selected multiple cases of alcohol. The known suspect along with the unknown male suspect walked out the rear emergency exit of the store, avoiding points of sale, without paying for the alcohol. The total loss of merchandise was approximately $749.
2019-00074981 12/8/19 6:45 AM Burglary Auto Maidu 2030 Douglas Blvd An unknown suspect smashed the front driver side window of the victim’s vehicle and gained access into the trunk of the vehicle. The suspect stole the victim’s purse and then committed fraudulent transactions at stores in Citrus Heights. The vehicle was parked in the Orange Theory Fitness parking lot. 2019-00073744 12/2/19 10:39 AM Identity Theft Lead Hill 1925 Douglas Blvd Officers responded to suspicious activity at Target. Subjects were detained on scene and were found to have fictitious checks that were being passed to pay for items. Drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine were located in the subject's vehicle along with tools used to create fictitious checks and identification cards.

The victim had a credit card opened, a vehicle purchased, and vehicle loans taken out in her name, and her bank account was compromised within the past three weeks.

2019-00074663 12/6/19 1:00 PM Burglary Commercial Stanford 10451 Fairway Dr Unknown suspect entered the Target store and began loading up two containers with baby formula and items equating to $2,007 worth of merchandise. Suspect pushed the items out of the store where he was stopped by loss prevention personnel. Suspect fled without the merchandise to a waiting Mercedes Benz that was being driven by a known suspect who is a known thief from previous thefts from this Target.

The suspected loss is between $2,000 and $3,000.
2019-00075728 12/11/19 3:57 PM Robbery Blue Oaks 1400 Blue Oaks Blvd Female suspect forcibly pulled a necklace from victim's neck, and grabbed her cell phone away during an argument. A witness attempted to free the female, and was knocked to the ground by the suspect's vehicle. Suspect was located nearby, and found in possession of victim's necklace and cell phone. Victim and witness identified suspect, who was arrested and booked at jail.
