2020-00076327 12/19/20 12:28 AM Burglary Commercial Galleria 1197Galleria Blvd An unknown suspect, who had stayed overnight, broke the jewelry case at Macy's. The suspect did not steal any jewelry, but took a handbag. The handbag was valued at approximately $100.

2020-00076910 12/22/20 3:14 PM Fraud Lead Hill 350 Auto Mall Drive A male and female went to the Chevrolet dealership in Roseville and tried to fraudulently purchase a vehicle. Officers responded on scene and identified the female as the primary suspect. She was ultimately arrested for trying to fraudulently purchase the vehicle. It was also learned that she had been fraudulently purchasing vehicles across the United States.

CRIME TIP: If you are expecting a porch package delivery, be home to receive the package or arrange to have someone (e.g. a neighbor) retrieve and safeguard it.  Also with community mailbox break-ins, do not let your mail accumulate for more than one day.  Mailed credit cards and credit card offers can be costly losses.   Retrieving your mail daily will minimize the potential loss in the case of a break-in.
