Be Aware

Your City of Roseville Utilities are alerting customers to be aware of potential scam phone calls. We take your health and safety seriously and will actively work with law enforcement to help stop any scam victimizing our customers. Anyone who has received such a call can report it immediately by calling utility billing at 916-774-5300.

Is the utility payment counter still open?

The payment counter will open again on July 6, Monday - Friday 8a.m. - 5p.m. Until then, please call our office at 916-774-5300 to make a payment, stop or start service, or to discuss your account. We also offer pay-by-text and online payments via our Customer Self Service website.

Is Roseville Utilities disconnecting customers for non-payment?

To support our customers, we will not be disconnecting electricity or water for non-payment at this time and will continue to reevaluate this situation as it evolves.

Will any of our other utility services be disrupted or limited?

We do not foresee any limitations or disruptions to any of our services for water, electricity, or your regularly scheduled trash or recycling pickups. The trash and recycling department has temporarily suspended the hazardous and e-waste pick up service, all other trash and recycling services are still available.

I haven't paid my bill. What happens next?

You will first receive a mailed reminder notice. There is a 10 day grace period before a 5% late fee is assessed. Two automated reminder phone calls will be made to the phone number associated with the account before service is disconnected. Please call our office before the final date to pay on the reminder notice if you need to make a payment arrangement or discuss partial payment options.
