subdivision

ABSTRACT:
This feature class contains boundaries for legal residential and non-residential subdivision of Roseville land . Each polygon is identified by a Public Works - Engineering '302' subdivision number that is a representation of the legal County recorded subdivision map.

PURPOSE:
The purpose of this feature class is to identify the subdivision a parcel is located within. Once the parcel's subdivision is identified, the associated 302 number is used for retrieving the appropriate plans from Engineering. It is also used to and to provide general-purpose mapping and analysis and to help the City make resource management decisions through the use of GIS.
