Requesting Energy Benchmarking Data
To request energy usage of a covered building, please complete and submit the following forms to
[email protected] You will receive confirmation of your request within 14 days. Once your request is complete you will receive a report with the aggregated energy usage data for your building.
Data Request Form – (Required) This form will provide the building information we need to process your data request.
Tenant Authorization Form – (Required if not owner occupied) This form is required when the building owner is not the tenant of the building and or the Roseville Electric Utility account holder. Only for buildings with less than 3 tenants. Electric usage data is the confidential property of the utility account holder.
Benchmarking Property Schedule – Data request form is required. However, this excel spreadsheet can be used for multiple buildings and attached to the data request form.
Please Note: It may take up to six weeks to receive your building energy use data.

ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager
The ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager is the Environmental Protection Agency’s online energy management and tracking tool that enables you to benchmark, measures, and track the energy and water use of any building over time and to compare your building to similar buildings. Benchmarking also provides a building Energy Star score. To be eligible for ENERGY STAR certification, a building must earn a score of 75 or higher, indicating that it performs better than at least 75 percent of similar buildings nationwide.
