Westpark

Lennar Homes completed the final segment of the Westpark trail in fall of 2020, extending the portion constructed by Meritage Homes the previous year.

The trails are located west of Westbrook Boulevard in the West Roseville Specific Plan and total two-thirds of a mile. Trails were paid for by developer fees, and connect to trail segments previously built by Lennar Homes and KB Homes.

Pleasant Grove Creek Trail

Extension in Fiddyment Ranch
A 1.2 mile trail starts at Fiddyment Road and continues to Hayden Parkway and then Westpark Drive at Blue Oaks Boulevard. Initial construction is underway, with the bulk of trail construction planned for the spring/summer of 2021 and is paid for with developer fees.

Extension in Creekview
A 1.2 mile trail will be constructed with developer fees in the spring of 2021. The trail starts on Blue Oaks and follows Pleasant Grove Creek northwest to the western edge of the Creekview Specific Plan.

The Pleasant Grove Creek trail projects will extend what is currently Roseville's second longest uninterrupted trail.
