Get your wands ready for the most magical run. Be a part of the inaugural Wizard Fun Run 5k coming to Hogwarts Square in Downtown Roseville. Event features vendors, and lots of wizarding fun. Start out in the sorting hat station to see which house you are in, then move to the starting line at Platform 9 ¾ .
Once Madam Hooch begins the race, chase the snitch all the way to the finish line. Souvenir bibs and medals given to all registered runners.
After the race, enter the Hogwarts Costume Contest. Categories include: best dressed male character, best dressed female character, best dressed male character (youth), best dressed female character (youth), most creative costume and largest wizard team.
If you are looking for the 10k option that was originally advertised and can’t find it, that is because that option has been eliminated. After reviewing our Marauder’s Map, the 5k option is the only option for our first year.
All proceeds for this event go to at-risk youth programs. Programs include Sparks, Operation Swim and Summer Reading. These programs help families that might not otherwise have access to these services.
