Notice of intent to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Atlantic/Eureka Interstate-80 Westbound On-Ramp Widening Project


The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), in cooperation with the City of Roseville, is proposing to expand the width of the existing one-lane westbound Atlantic Street/Eureka Road Interstate 80 on-ramp to include two metered traffic lanes and one metered High-Occupancy Vehicle lane, for a total of three lanes, and to replace the existing Miner’s Ravine Bridge over Miner’s Ravine to support the newly widened roadway.   

The environmental document, referred to as a Draft Initial Study (IS)/ Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) is available from December 7, 2018 to January 9, 2019, at the Roseville Public Library, 225 Taylor Street, Roseville CA 95678. View the document online.

It is also available for review and copying weekdays between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Caltrans Office of Environmental Management, 703 B Street, Marysville, CA 95901 and the City of Roseville Public Works Department, 311 Vernon Street #100, Roseville CA 95678.
