Notice of intent to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Atlantic/Eureka Interstate-80 Westbound On-Ramp Widening Project

WHAT IS PLANNED
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), in cooperation with the City of Roseville, is proposing to expand the width of the existing one-lane westbound Atlantic Street/Eureka Road Interstate 80 on-ramp to include two metered traffic lanes and one metered High-Occupancy Vehicle lane, for a total of three lanes, and to replace the existing Miner’s Ravine Bridge over Miner’s Ravine to support the newly widened roadway.
WHAT IS AVAILABLE
The environmental document, referred to as a Draft Initial Study (IS)/ Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) is available from December 7, 2018 to January 9, 2019, at the Roseville Public Library, 225 Taylor Street, Roseville CA 95678.
