Summary: Three subjects were breaking into vehicles at Sunsplash when contacted by officers and a vehicle pursuit was initiated. The subjects had a traffic collision in Loomis and a foot pursuit was then initiated. The three were located by officers hiding in bushes and detained. Approximately $3500 items were stolen from the victims at Sunsplash and some of the items were recovered in the McDonalds parking lot.
