Roseville Police Department officers will be training throughout the day Tuesday, June 18, on the Woodcreek High School, Silverado Middle School and Roseville High School campuses. People near those schools tomorrow might see or hear officers and student actors acting out various training scenarios involving active shooters.
This training is part of City of Roseville’s ongoing commitment to be well-prepared for emergencies. The Roseville Police Department and Fire Department train regularly along with school officials, to be ready to respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.
The police department plans a second school-based training day on June 28.
