Return to top Client Aide ID Card effective Feb. 2, 2009 The Client Aide ID card is accepted on Local and Dial-A-Ride service. It is available to qualified service provider staff who travel with clients or students who are unable to safely travel alone. The ID allows the cardholder to board for free and is valid only when the aide is accompanying clients or students. Showing the ID upon boarding authorizes the aide's clients or students to travel at the discounted fare without needing their own discount ID cards.
