All new development projects within the City of Roseville are subject to the payment of traffic fees.These fees are based on the anticipated impact that the development will have on the transportation system and are collected prior to issuance of building permits.

The City is responsible for assessing and collecting fees for the following traffic fee programs:

• Citywide Traffic Mitigation Fee (TMF) Program
• Highway 65 Joint Powers Authority (JPA) Fee Program
• South Placer Regional Transportation Authority (SPRTA) Fee Program
• City/County Program
