City of Roseville Roadway Capital Improvement Program and Associated Traffic Mitigation Fees
Staff has completed a comprehensive update of the city's Roadway Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and associated Traffic Mitigation Fees. The main purpose for this update is to include the Sierra Vista Specific Plan land use and associated roadway projects into the program. The Sierra Vista Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report included an updated horizon year of the City's CIP from 2020 to 2025. This update includes that updated horizon year. As a result of adding a significant number of Dwelling Units and a relatively small increase in capital projects, fees in most of the City's fee districts are being reduced, from an average of $4,338 to $3,025. A Technical Memorandum has been prepared documenting this update and is available. Transportation Development Fee Update (3 8 11 pdf)
