Teen drinking parties aren't harmless fun
News ImageUnderage drinking parties lead to serious problems, including party crashers, young teens taken to the emergency room due to their level of intoxication, trashed houses, thefts of valuable property from other guests and the host homes, damage to neighboring properties, fights and more.

Last fall, Roseville City Council passed a new Social Host Accountability ordinance, which holds parents and other hosts responsible for underage drinking parties, even if they didn't personally provide the alcohol or other drugs.

Interested in attending future public outreach meetings about massage permits? Let us know.
In the near future, the police department will be holding public meetings to discuss proposed changes to the City's massage ordinance. We'll be publicizing the meetings in advance on our website, social media and other venues, but if you'd also like to be notified by email of when the meetings will occur, please email Community Service Officer Nina Shaull at nshaull@Roseville.ca.us. Put "Massage Ordinance Outreach" in the subject line, and only your email address(es) in the body of the email. We'll use the email addresses to make sure you're notified of upcoming meetings, and other ways you can learn about the proposed changes and provide your input.
