Historic Old Town Streetscape/Infrastructure Improvement Project
The Central Roseville Revitalization Plan identified a series of goals necessary for the successful revitalization of Downtown Roseville. Providing improvements to Historic Old Town was one of the identified goals. As the original “downtown”, Historic Old Town is an area that holds a great deal of significance to both the community and Downtown Roseville. The Revitalization Plan further identified the need to make both short and long-term improvements in Downtown Roseville in order to stimulate re-investment into the area.

This project is intended to encourage new development into the area and add to the revitalization momentum that is underway in Downtown Roseville.
