Project Location
400 block of Vernon Street, between Vernon and Oaks Streets at Grant Street.

Project Goals
This project is consistent with the Central Roseville Revitalization Strategy adopted in 1999 as it expands parking for Vernon Street.

Project Description
Parking Garage: Five-level 550 space free public parking garage.
The City of Roseville owns and operates the public parking garage.

Project Funding
Parking Garage - $6,000,000 funded by 2002 Redevelopment Bond Proceeds

Time Line - Parking Facility

December 2005 - Building Permit Issued
Early 2006 - Construction Begins
October 2007 - Project Completed!!!


Sept. 1, 2005: Demolition of building at 405 Vernon Street kicks off the Civic Plaza Project
