Northwest Roseville Specific Plan
The Northwest Roseville Specific Plan includes 2,663 gross acres located generally west of Washington Boulevard and north of Baseline Road. Single and multi-family residences are the predominant land use in the area, with associated commercial, office and service uses. The Plan area incorporates a significant amount of parklands and open space, a city golf course and several schools, including Woodcreek Oaks High School. The Plan is anticipated to accommodate approximately 23,033 residents and provide 4,236 jobs at buildout. The Plan was adopted in May 1989.
