Learn about development project proposals by:
Reading the Planning Department Quarterly Report which lists all current and proposed projects for the quarter. The report includes both residential projects, such as subdivisions and apartment complexes, and non-residential projects, such as commercial and industrial projects. The report is published four to six weeks after the end of each quarter.
Checking with the Planning Department, which maintains a list of all Development Activity, including Current Applications (updated weekly) on file. The list is updated each week.
Checking with your RCONA representative, who receives notices of all neighborhood projects requiring a public hearing. This advance notice during staff evaluation of the project gives RCONA representatives an opportunity to learn about a project and provide feedback before the public hearing.
Watching for Planning Commission and Design Committee agendas, which are posted at the Planning Department, 311 Vernon Street, and are available on the Internet by clicking here. The Planning Commission can be contacted at Planningcommission@roseville.ca.us.
