Meet in front of the rose garden, in front of the Korean War Memorial, located in Maidu Regional Park for a 2 - 3 mile walk around the park. Walking is one of the best forms of exercise, it's free and fun! Fitness Classes Yoga, Tai Chi, Never Too Late Aerobics, Chair Fitness, Chair Fitness Plus, Nice & Easy Fitness and other fitness classes are also offered. Please see the Recreation Guide for details.
