The City of Roseville is committed to offering affordable programs for all city residents. Below are a few of the programs we offer to help families afford quality recreation programming.

SPARKS
This supervised playground program begins June 18 and provides 8 weeks of summer fun and entertainment including games, crafts, sports and more. Registered participants can attend weekly trips to the pool, and off-site special events including the annual SPARKS Junior Olympics and the end of summer trip to Roseville Aquatics Complex.

See the summer recreation guide for dates, locations, fees and other details.
