The Maidu Historic Site is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This means that the United States government officially recognizes the value and importance of this site and the accomplishments and contributions of the people who once lived here to the heritage and history of Roseville, California and the United States.

Bring Your Class to the Maidu Museum
Prior to bringing your class to the Maidu Museum, you might find the information in our Teacher's Packet helpful. This teachers packet includes: vocabulary words and post test, pre-visit instructions, word search with answers and gift shop information.
