1 cup of low fat yogurt 1/4 cup of granola 1 cup of blueberries 1 cup of frozen fruit mix
Directions In your glass, layer fruit and yogurt. Sprinkle the top with granola.
Turkey Rollup
1 whole wheat tortilla 1 Tbsp of low fat cream cheese 1 slice of turkey Shredded cheese (optional) 1/2 cup of baby spinach
Directions: Spread the cream cheese on the whole wheat tortilla. Place the slice of turkey on top of the cream cheese. Lay the spinach flat on top of the turkey slice. Roll and slice into desired thickness.

Celery 1 Tbsp. of peanut butter or cream cheese Craisins (you can also use raisins)
Directions: Wash celery and slice stalk in half. Place 1 Tbsp of cream cheese or peanut butter on celery. Top with craisins.
